Salt

Melted butter

Monkfruit sweetener

Brown sugar (optional))

Vanilla essence 

Baking soda

Fine Almond flour

How to make Best keto chocolate chip cookies:

Here is the ingredients and easy recipe which you can follow and make best keto cookies at home:

INGREDIENTS:

Egg= 1

Melted butter= 5 tbsp

Monkfruit sweetener= ¼ cup

Brown sugar (optional))= ½ cup

Vanilla essence = ½ tsp

Salt= ⅛ tsp

Baking soda= ¼ tsp

Fine Almond flour= 1 ½ cup 

Sugar free chocolate chips=  ½ cup 


DIRECTION:

● Take a large bowl then add butter, Monkfruit sweetner, brown sugar and then beat with hand beater until the batter becomes smooth.

● Then add egg and beat well to make the batter soft.

● Then add fine almond flour, baking soda and then add salt and vanilla essence and ½ sugar free chocolate chips in it and fold the batter with the help of spatula and make a thick dough. 

● Then put the dough in a refrigerator for 15 minutes or you can leave the batter overnight for perfect result.

● In the meantime, preheat the oven at 180 degree °C.

● Now take a pan and Greece with oil or butter. Then place butter paper on it and again Greece with oil or butter. 

● Then take small amount of dough with icecream scooper and make equal lemon size balls and place on a pan.

● Now add left over chocolate chips on top. To make it more delicious. 

● Put it in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. 

● After 15 minutes check the cookies and take out from the oven and let them cool completely.
