Soft banana bread |
INGREDIENTS:
Very ripe mashed Banana= 2⅓ cup
Eggs= 2
All purpose flour= 2 cups
Baking soda= 1 tsp
Salt= ⅓ tsp
Brown sugar= ¾ cup
Butter= ½ cup
Chopped Walnuts= ½ cup
DIRECTION:
● Take a deep bowl then add butter and brown sugar and beat them with electric beater or mixer to until it become smooth and fluffy.
● Then add eggs one at a time and beat well then add mashed very ripe bananas and blend until well blended.
● Now sieved all purpose flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl and put them in banana mixture and combine well.
● Then add coarsely chopped walnuts on top to make banana bread more delicious.
● In the meantime, preheat the oven at 175°C
● Now take a pan grease well then place butter paper in it and pour all the batter in a pan.
● Place the pan in preheated oven for 60 minutes. After that inserted toothpick in the center of the banana bread to comes out clean.
● Let the bread cool down for 10 minutes, then place in a air tight box to keep the banana bread fresh for long time.
