Today I will share the easy recipe of soft and crunchy chocolate chip cookies. This recipes is specially for kids because they like cookies very much.
Recipe of best chocolate chip cookies are very simple and easy to cook. Everyone can make it very easily and the best thing is you don't need too much ingredients to make delicious and soft cookies. If you follow my recipe you can make best chocolate chip cookies at home. Now come to the recipe.
Servings: 40 - 45 (depend on size)
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Eggs= 2
Soft unsalted butter= 1 cup
Castor Sugar= 1 cup
Brown sugar= 1 cup
Vanilla essence = ½ tsp
Salt= 1 pinch
Baking soda= 1 tsp
All purpose flour= 1 cup (150 gram)
Cocoa powder= ¼ cup (40 gram)
Semi sweet chocolate chips= 1 cup
RECIPE:
🔹️Take a large bowl then add butter, sugar and brown sugar in it and beat with hand beater or electric beater until the batter becomes smooth.
🔹️ Then add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
🔹️ Then take a strainer and put it on a bowl and strain all purposed flour, baking soda and Cocoa powder. Then add salt and vanilla essence and ½ cup chocolate chips in it, mix well and make a thick dough.
🔹️ Then put the dough in a refrigerator for 15 minutes.
🔹️ On the other hand, preheat the oven at 180 degree °C.
🔹️ Now take a pan and Greece with oil or butter. Then place butter paper on it and again Greece with oil or butter.
🔹️Then take small amount of dough with icecream scooper and make equal lemon size balls and place on a pan.
🔹️ Now add left over chocolate chips on top. To make it more delicious.
🔹️ put it in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
🔹️After 15 minutes check the cookies and take out from the oven and let them cool.

USEFUL TIPS:
🔺️ If you don't want to add eggs in cookies and make Eggless chocolate chip cookies then you can skip it and instead of egg you can add 1 tbsp cornstarch in it.
🔺️ If you use salted butter then you don't need to add salt in it. I use unsalted butter that's why I use pinch of salt to enhance its taste.
🔺️ when you place cookies balls on a baking tray then keep it in a distance. Because when cookies will done, they spread little and its size will increase.
🔺️ If you don't have icecream scooper then you can use spoon to make equal size balls.
🔺️ If you don't have oven then you can make cookies in a deep pan. Place the deep pan on medium flame before making cookies. When the pan preheat put the stand in it and then place tray of cookies in it and cover the lid tightly for 15 minutes.
🔺️ If you feel the dough becomes too hard or too much thick then you can add 1 tbsp milk in it to make a perfect dough.
🔺️ when you make cookies, put it in a air tight jar to keep fresh, soft and crunchy for a month.
🔺️ You can sprinkle grated chocolate instead of chocolate chips on top.
🔺️ You can add Hershey's chocolate syrup on top to make cookies more delicious.
What make a chocolate chip cookies the best?
All ingredients which are used in chocolate chip cookies makes them best. Its main ingredients like all purposed flour, butter, egg, chocolate chips, sugar make the cookies delicious. If you add chocolate chunks in it, it will become more delicious.
