USEFUL TIPS:

🔸️ Don't soak mash daal for long time or over night because it get fermented and you faced difficulty while making vada.

🔸️ Don't add too much water while grind mash daal because the runny batter is difficult to handle and your all vadas will spoil and will not make perfect.

🔸️ If you feel the batter is getting runny then add rice powder to make the batter thick.

🔸️ If you want to make instant mash daal vada then you don't need to soak mash daal. You can use mash daal powder and add little amount of water and make a thick paste.

🔸️ You can also make mash daal Dahi baray with this recipe. Take a bowl add yogurt and beat well. Fry all the vada then put it in a water for 1 minute then squeeze out and put it in a yogurt. Add red chilli powder and salt according to taste on top. You can add chaat masala as well.
