We all love to eat pasta in different styles. Today I made fettuccine alfredo pasta with chicken. It is an Italian dish which is delicious and tasty. Must follow my recipe and make your meal more healthy and tasty. 

You don't need to go out to buy expensive  pasta. You can prepare at home in restaurant style infact better then restaurant. Kids also like it. It is full creamy dish so I will not prefer to those who have heart issue and cholestrol problem. 

 Many people already know the recipe of fettuccine alfredo pasta because it very easy to make and delicious in taste. You can follow my recipe and make restaurant style fettuccine alfredo pasta at home.

 If you arrange any event or party at home and make a list of foods which you made that day. Must put chicken fettucine alfredo pasta in your list because it is very easy to cook and super yummy and tasty. Now come to the recipe.

Calories= more than 1200 calories

INGREDIENTS:


For marination:

Chicken breast flits= 2

ginger garlic paste= 1 tsp

red chilli powder= 1 tsp

red chilli flakes= ½ tsp

black pepper powder = ½ tsp

yogurt= 2 tbsp

oil= 2 tbsp

Salt= 1 tsp

Soya sauce= 2 tbsp

Chilli sauce= 1 tbsp

Food colour=  ¼ tsp

Mustard paste (optional) = 1 tbsp

For pasta:

Fettuccine pasta= 1 lb

Chopped Garlic= ½ cup

Heavy Cream= 1 cup

Milk= 2 cup

Salt= ½ tsp 

Grated Mozzarella cheese= 1 cup

Red chilli flakes= ½ tsp

Black pepper powder = ½ 1sp

Chicken cubes= 2

Olives= 1½ cup

Mashrooms= 1 cup

Capsicum cubes = 1 cup

Oil= 2-3 tbsp

RECIPE:


For marination:

● First take chicken flits and beat them to make more thin with the help of hammer. Now add yogurt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, mustard paste (optional), soya sauce, chilli sauce, food colour, salt. Set a side and rest them for 25-30 minutes for marination.

Preparation:

● Take a big deep pan add water and salt and keep it to boil. When the water boil add fettuccine pasta and salt and keep them boil for 10 minutes. 

● After that sieved pasta with the help of strainer and pour 1 tbsp oil on it to keep them non sticky. Then set a side.

Marinated chicken fry for fettuccine alfredo pasta 


● Take a frying pan or non stick karahi add 1 tsp oil and then add chicken flits  and let them cook on medium flame for 5 -10 minutes then turn the side and fry until the chicken cook from inside. When the chicken is ready cut the chicken into pieces.

● Again take a pan and add oil then add chopped garlic fry till  light golden then add heavy cream and cook until bubbles form.

Then add milk and stir continuously when it become thick add boiled pasta in it and mix well.

● Then add mozzarella cheese, chicken cubes, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, olives, capsicum, mashrooms in it and mix well. If the mixture is too much thick, you can add more milk to set its consistancy  and let them cook for 5 minutes then turn the flame off.
