This post is beneficial for mango lovers and I am one of them. When summer comes, I wish it may remain forever so that  I may never miss a day without taking mango in my daily diet. Sometimes I preserve mangoes in a cube form or sometimes grind them and make a paste to use in days when there is no season of mangoes.

It is rightly said that "Mango is the king of all fruits" and there is hardly anyone who doesnot like mango. Today I want to share my favourite easy dessert recipe with you. 

Usually I like mango dessert, mango icecream and mango shake. Mango delight is one of my favourite dessert. I prefer to make it on every special events, especially while arranging parties of my near and dear ones. 

Best Mango delight dessert is very simple and easy to make and its taste is super delicious. You can follow my quick and easy recipe and make it at home. Kids also like it very much. Now come to the recipe.
 
INGREDIENTS:


Mango Delight Dessert Recipe

🔅Mango= 4 normal size

🔅Condense milk= 3-4 tbsp

🔅Marie biscuits= 4 packets

🔅Fresh Heavy Cream =2 packets

🔅Gelatin= 1 tbsp

RECIPE:

🔹️Take 2 mango then peel them off and cut in to small cubes then take other 2 mangoes put in a blender and make a mango puree.

🔹️Now place fresh heavy cream in to refrigerator for half an hour. In the mean time, put Marie biscuits in to a blender and crush all the biscuits (don't make a powder).

🔹️Then take out the fresh cream from refrigerator and beat with the help of beater until fresh cream becomes fluffy. Then add mango puree and condensed milk in fresh cream and beat it with beater till all are mixed well. 

🔹️Take a pan add 2 tbsp water and then add gelatin and turn the flame on. Stir continuously, after 5 minutes turn off the flame and let the gelatin cool down. Stir continuously otherwise it will become jelly. Mix gelatin with fresh cream mixture.

🔹️Now take a big size bowl and make layers. First add crush biscuits in a bowl then pour fresh cream mixture and spread well then again add crush biscuits.

🔹️ In the last, pour all leftover mixture and spread well. Garnish with mango chunks and crush biscuits on top. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours until it cools down well.
