BENEFITS OF DESI GHEE:
Desi ghee is good for everyone including heart patients. It has so many benefits which uncountable. It has Omega-3 fatty acid. These healthy fatty acids are good for heart and improve cardiovascular system. Desi ghee is a best source of Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin K which is good for hairs, skin, bones, eyes, brain and other parts of body.
Adults take it in a small quantity everyday and children can take desi ghee in large quantity because it is good for their growth and brain development. Desi ghee improve immune system, nervous system and make you and your baby healthy and active. It protects your child from diseases and make them healthy.
You can introduce desi ghee when your baby reaches to 6 months. But be careful while using desi ghee for the very first time because it is a dairy product and some babies have allergy with dairy products. If you notice any sign or symptom of allergy then avoid give desi ghee to babies.

HOW TO PREPARE DESI GHEE AT HOME:
You don't need too much ingredients to make desi ghee. You just need 1-2 kg milk cream and 4-5 tbsp yogurt for the preparation of desi ghee. I will share the recipe step by step here. Hope you like it.
PREPARATION:
🔸️Take a pan add milk and bring it to boil then cool down at room temperature. After that a layer of cream (balai) appeared on top of the milk.
🔸️Remove the milk cream ( balai) and store in a air tight box in refrigerator. Do this process daily until approximately 1 to 2 kg milk cream (balai) will be stored.
🔸️Take a medium size bowl add 1kg milk cream (balai) then add yogurt in it (Remember: Yogurt is optional. If you add yogurt it enhance the taste of ghee). Mix well and cover and rest it for 5 - 10 min
🔸️Blend the milk cream with hand beater or blender. During blending, Add 4 cup cold water gradually and beat well until butter milk and thick butter become separated.
🔸️Then squeeze out all the liquid with hands and make a ball of thick butter. Do this procedure again and again until all the moisture separated from the butter. White butter is ready to eat. if you just want to eat butter then you can preserve it in a air tight jar in refrigerator for almost 2-3 weeks.
🔸️Put all these thick butter balls in a medium size pan for melt and mix it well. Let it cook on medium low flame for 20- 30 min. Cook until it become transparent. Stir continuously. After that turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then take a bowl and strain all the ghee with the help of strainer.
