But the question is how can we eat all these things in a day? Specially children cannot eat all these things in one day. So I have a solution for this. You should take a blender, blend all these things which you want to eat, make a shake and drink it.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA DATES MILKSHAKE:

Banana= 2
Dates=3-4
Almonds(optional)= 4-5
Pistacho(optional)= 4-5
Raisin(optional)= 5-6
Figs (optional)= 2
Full cream milk= 1 1/2 cup
Ice cubes
Recipe:
Take a blender add banana, dates. To make it more nourished, you can add all dryfruits which are given above. Add full cream milk and ice cubes. Blend all these things and make a shake. Must focus on its consistancy. It is not too much thick neither too much watery. Yummy banana dates milk shake is ready.
