:

Banana= 2

Dates=3-4

Almonds(optional)= 4-5

Pistacho(optional)= 4-5

Raisin(optional)= 5-6

Figs (optional)= 2

Full cream milk= 1 1/2 cup

Ice cubes

Recipe:

Take a blender add  banana, dates. To make it more nourished, you can add all dryfruits which are given above. Add full cream milk and ice cubes. Blend all these things and make a shake. Must focus on its consistancy. It is not too much thick neither too much watery. Yummy banana dates milk shake is ready.
