Today I am sharing crispy & spicy mutton chops recipe in my style. There are so many recipes related to mutton chop on internet but I tell you my recipe is so simple and easy to cook. You do not need to wait for marination.

There are many different ways to make mutton chops. Some people cooks it on tawa, some cooks it on oven and other cooks on pan. I made it on pan. You donot need too much ingredients for this recipe. Now let's come to the recipe. 

INGREDIENTS

Fresh mutton chops: 1 kg

Ginger garlic paste: 4 tbsp

Black pepper: 1 tbsp

Salt: 1tbsp or according to taste

Red chilli powder: 1 tsp

Soya sauce: 2 tbsp

Corn flour: 1-2 cup

Maida:1/2 cup

Egg: 2

Oil: for deep fry



RECIPE: 

1) Take a pan add washed mutton chops, water, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt. Cover the lid tightly and leave for 30 min to cook.

2) When the mutton chops getting cooked take out the lid and let the remaining water dried out.

3) Mix  all the left over spicy masala with mutton chops.

4) Take a bowl add maida, corn flour, egg, salt and black pepper in it mix well and make a paste.

5) On the other hand, take frying pan pour some oil in it for fry the mutton chops and turn on the flame. Dip all the chop in a paste one by one and gradually put it in the frying pan for fry until crispy and golden brown.
