Research says that one cup yogurt is equal to one glass of milk. People thinks it is difficult to prepare yogurt at home. Believe me it is so simple and easy to prepare best yogurt at home. Homemade yogurt is more healthier than prepackaged yogurt because it is free from preservatives. Bacteria which is used to make yogurt are called "Yogurt Culture".

Do you know we have to drink atleast one cup of milk everyday to keep ourselves healthy. If you don't like to drink milk then dont worry I can give you the alternate of milk. Now you can make homemade yogurt and get multiple benefits.

BENEFITS OF YOGURT:

When we are talking about health so first thing come in our mind that milk is good for health. It is good for bones, teeths and nails. Its is a good source  of calcium. But everyone doesn't like to drink milk. Some people doesn't like its smell and taste.

 Why I said multiple benefits because yogurt is more beneficial than milk. And its taste and smell is much better than milk. Yogurt is a fermentation of milk. It is a rich source of protein, probiotics and calcium. Probiotics is essential to boost our immune system and fight from bad  bacteria in our body. Yogurt is also good for growth. Especially in children, it is good for their growth development as well as brain.

How to prepare yogurt at home?

I regularly prepare yogurt at home for my daughter because she doesn't like to drink milk. Now here is the steps of how to make homemade yogurt at home. I share the recipe step by step  to make more easy for you to understand. So follow the steps and stay healthy.

PREPARATION:

All you need to make best homemade yogurt is 1 litre Milk  and 2 tbsp plain Yogurt as a starter culture for fermentation.

STEP 1

Take a saucepan pour milk in it and turn the flame on. When the milk start boiling turn the flame off before boiling out. Leave it for few minutes.

STEP 2:

When you feel the milk getting little warm. Put your finger in it for few seconds and check the temperature. If the milk not too much hot and not cold.

STEP 3:

 Take a bowl then add yogurt  and add warm milk and cover the lid tightly. Leave it for 4 to 6 hours. For best result leave it for overnight. But remember don't left it so long time otherwise the yogurt taste become sour.

Which is healthier yogurt or milk?

Research says that yogurt is more beneficial  and nutritious than milk. Because yogurt is a fermentation of milk. The nutrients which is present in yogurt is easily digestible and make your body healthy.


Which time is best to eat yogurt?

The best time to eat yogurt is morning. When you have empty stomach the yogurt makes your body refresh.It will become more beneficial for your health and keep you and your stomach fresh for whole day.


USEFUL TIPS: 

🔺️ You have to remember one thing whenever you eat yogurt keep left 2 tbsp at the end for next time preparation. 

🔺️ You can also add fruit purees in it to make fruit yogurt and find it more tasty.

🔺️ If you have tetra pack milk. Don't make yogurt with it. and always try to use fresh milk to make best yogurt.

🔺️ Avoid prepacked yogurt because it has many preservatives which can make it fresh for long time so it is not good for health. 

🔺️ For best result leave it for overnight. But remember don't left it so long time otherwise the yogurt taste become sour.

🔺️Always use yogurt in morning. When you have empty stomach. It will become more beneficial for your health and keep you and your stomach fresh for whole day.

🔺️ If you have a gastric problem then avoid eat yogurt at night. Because it increase gastric issue.
