They are full of nutrients. It is a good source of iron, phosphorus and potassium. Its is good for weight loss. It is also good for diabetic patients and kidney disorder. When you eat red beans you feel that your stomach is full for long time because it is undigestible. It has fibre, minerals, vitamin B12 that are good for your body. I personally used it in salad and sometimes take it as a meal. One bowl is more than enough for a meal. If you take it in your daily routine you will feel yourself more healthy and free from diseases. You can use it in salad as well as take it with rice and roti. Some people don't know how to make red beans so today I share the recipe of how to make delicious red beans step by step that become more easy for you. Hope you will try and make yourself healthy.
Red beans: 500mg
Curry leaves: 6-7 leaf
Red chilli: 1tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Chopped Onion: 2 medium
Green chilli: 2 -3
Mustard seeds: 1tsp
Salt: as required
Oil: 2 tbsp
RECIPE:
1) Add red beans into a bowl than rinse it with tap water and soak for 2 to 3 hours.
2) After that take a pan then add oil when the oil heat up add chopped onion, mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves.
3) After that add red chilli, termeric, salt and mix it well. Add some water if required.
4) add red beans in it and mix well.
Now red beans are ready to eat. Now u can enjoy it with roti or rice. At the end I must tell you don't forget to drink 8 -12 glass of water daily.
